The day I had hainanese chicken rice

Who would have thought that I can get the chance to savour hainanese chicken rice in UK? Not only that, the chicken rice is thai-style and made by a group of students, right from the rice to the sauce. It was pretty amazing. Hats off to these people. I shall never forget this day.
