Less than two weeks of getting back into the office and before I have even been assigned a portfolio, I got my first staying back experience. While the urgency of the work definitely required my boss to exercise this option, half of the time was wasted on waiting. My colleague even managed to tidy up the charts numerous times from changing the fonts to aligning the titles. The process finally ended at 10.20pm. Optimistically, I still arrived home before 11pm :P
The result of this is what a friend called "Fast Food Policy" done in less than 48 hours to save the nation. No, I am not that wai tai. It's just a job.
